Since their inception in 1974, Clos du Bois has been a champion of sustainability. Their solar initiative, which utilizes over four thousand solar panels to power their winery, the equivalent of providing electricity to over one hundred and fifty homes a year. Theyre water-conscious too. The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon displays aromas of black currant, blackberry, and oak barrel spice. Flavors of concentrated black fruit and a smooth texture lead to complex and slightly dry finish. This lush Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with grilled meats and vegetables or spicy pasta dishes.
